ShangHai TOKO Electronic Element CO.LTD is a subsidiary to TOKO Denshi CO.LTD（Founded in1962），which manufactures electronic components for domestic and foreign telecommunication system manufacturers。 ShangHai TDC is founded on June23th,1994，which registered capital is 310 million yen，area is 32000sq.m，building area is 36673sq.m，It has 36 CNC lathes、3 CNC machining centers 、14 cam automatic lathes、37 bench precision lathes、50 computers、19 measuring instruments which include net analyzer, IM measure instrument。All kinds of test apparatus:：Humidity test apparatus、high-low temperature test apparatus、Pulling force test apparatus、Durability test apparatus，lead-free automatically soldering machine、automatically bending machine、automatically stripping machine、plating thickness measuring device、automatically plating line for aluminum material。The company has 400 employee and 86 technical and managing persons，and three workshops：metal manufacturing workshop, assembling workshop and plating workshop。It is technology-intensive modernized company with more than 50 outsourcing suppliers。
